CBBEL's Mechanical Department specializes in water related projects and water works facilities including infrastructure restoration & redesign for re-development. Typical projects involve water pumping, storage, distribution/collection, damming, regulation & diversion. Department experience includes designs for potable, sanitary and storm water works pumping facilities; including emergency generator for standby power. Other water projects include high tanks, wells, reservoirs and upgrades to existing facilities including building additions and the associated mechanical/electrical work related to plumbing/HVAC/electrical. Experience also includes sewer designs for various Chicagoland municipalities including the City of Chicago. Although specializing in water related projects, CBBEL's Mechanical Department staff and project accomplishments are very diverse. Diversity of project experience ranges from architectural space panning/layouts for a health club facility to IDOT roadway lighting projects. Experience of department staff members covers HVAC, piping & plumbing as well as electrical and civil related disciplines.
