Christopher B. Burke, PhD, PE, D.WRE, founded Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. in 1986.  Dr. Burke has been engaged in numerous municipal and civil engineering projects, particularly site review and development, stormwater management, sanitary sewer evaluation, and water supply.  His expertise also includes flood control, transportation design, channel modification, and bridge replacement.  He represents private and public sector clients including municipalities, Counties, and State Agencies.  He has written several publications, including a drainage manual for the State of Indiana and is co-author of chapters on drainage in The Civil Engineering Handbook.  Dr. Burke has received awards from Purdue University and several professional organizations.  He has also served in leadership positions for several organizations.  Dr. Burke earned undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate degrees in civil engineering from Purdue University.
