Head, Water Resources Section

As head of the Water Resources Section, Gerald L. Robinson, PE, CFM, is responsible for civil and water resources engineering project analysis and design.  He has over 13 years of experience as a water resources engineer in the Chicago area, and joined Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. in 1986.  Mr. Robinson has analyzed and reviewed the hydrology and hydraulics of over 100 projects, including storm sewer improvements, residential and commercial developments, and overall stormwater management plans.  He is also in charge of the maintenance and updating of software, hardware, and computer network administration.  Mr. Robinson earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois.
