Department
The land surveying staff at Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd.
provides a wide range of services from cadastral, topographic and
ATLA/ACSM title surveys to hydrographic and GPS mapping. As a
multidisciplined firm, the survey section plays an important role,
assuring smooth progress of projects and avoiding unexpected obstacles
later in the design phase. The surveying section also provides
professional services to architects, engineers, land owners, municipal
agencies, developers, realtors, lawyers and others. Currently, we
staff five field crews fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment
and communications gear. Our GPS capabilities include GIS mapping
for several communities as well as establishing first order control for
highway projects. Our in-house project coordination with other
sections allows us to minimize overhead expenses while maximizing
project efficiency.
