Engineering, Ltd. and The Burke Group staff members have participated as
an expert witness on over two hundred cases for both defendants and
plaintiffs. The primary focus of the expert witness testimony has
been on eminent domain cases. CBBEL has also provided expert
witness services for insurance claims, zoning, and civil matters.
The services provided includes, document review, preparation of exhibits
and attendance at depositions and trials. This includes
experiences with all the court systems in all six collar counties as
well as federal court.
