CBBEL provided Phase I, II and III engineering for the Black Road Trail, a 3,100-foot-long trail connection project involving multiple agencies and stakeholders. The project includes a 260-foot pre-fabricated bridge over the DuPage River, a 300-foot pre-fabricated bridge over I-55, retaining walls, traffic signal upgrades for pedestrian crossing, compensatory storage, and upgrades to the existing path/walkways.
