Once undeveloped property, the Village of Lincolnshire’s Downtown (Redevelopment Project) is now home to retail shops, restaurants and parks. The Village and CBBEL designed and managed Phase 1 of the project, consisting of streambank stabilization, mass grading, and construction of a detention pond and a compensatory storage basin. Phase 2 of the project entailed installing utilities, an access road, a parking lot, and two pedestrian bridges to serve the newly developed properties.
