CBBEL prepared Phase I engineering and environmental studies for a US Route 45 bypass around the Millburn Historic District in Lake County.  The Millburn Bypass is on a new alignment located west of existing US Route 45.  Drainage aspects of the project included preliminary design of new trunk sewer systems, location and sizing of detention facilities with consideration of the Lake County Watershed Management Ordinance discharge and water quality requirements, Location Drainage Study, and waterway Hydraulic Reports for two new stream crossings.
